Terms of service
Effective 6 October 2026. tokenflow is operated by FlySearch (“we”).
These terms apply to the tokenflow console and API. If you have a separate written agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence where the two differ.
Access
- tokenflow is available by invitation. An invitation is for the person it was sent to.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and your API keys. Keep keys secret and revoke any key you think has leaked.
- We may set quotas and rate limits per organization and change them with notice.
Acceptable use
Do not use tokenflow to break the law, to infringe others’ rights, to attack or overload our systems or anyone else’s, to resell access without our agreement, or in ways the licence of the model you use does not allow. We may suspend keys or accounts that do.
Models and output
- Responses are generated by open-weight models and can be wrong. Check output before relying on it.
- Between you and us, you own your inputs and the outputs you receive, subject to the licence of the model.
- We may add, update or retire models. We will give notice before retiring a model you use.
Fees
Usage is metered in tokens for each API key. Prices and payment terms are agreed with each customer separately.
Availability
We work to keep tokenflow available, but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties, and may be interrupted for maintenance or failures.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Ending the service
You can stop using tokenflow and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end access with notice, or immediately for a breach of these terms.
Changes and law
We will post changes on this page and update the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
